Ula triggered her love for e-learning when writing a thesis on Information society almost 20 years ago. Since then she was persistent in gaining knowledge and experience in e-learning design. She believes that the best value arises from the combination of distant fields and this is why she studied Human Resources Management, Web Design, and Business Training. Currently, she is exploring User Experience Research. All that gives her a better perspective on how people learn and helps her develop e-learning courses that stick.
